Skyler made her first trip to the ER last night. She is fine, but she swallowed one of her barrettes while I was driving. Drew tried to get it out of her mouth but she gulped it down. We went straight to Broward General (the same hospital that brought our little dare devil into this world) and they did X-rays of her to try to locate the barrette. Unfortunately they couldn't see it on the X-ray and we're going to have to check her diapy for it for the next few weeks.
Skyler was chipper as can be during this whole 3-hour long ordeal but it was very traumatic! Looks like barrettes are out for a while - just when I had found some that she wouldn't tear out of her hair (as easily), too.
